Bilingual Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a school in Orange, California
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team immediately! This full-time position serves Grades K–12, offering 32.5 hours per week and competitive pay up to $78 per hour. The ideal candidate must be BCBA certified and have prior school-based experience. BCBA will provide support students throughout the 2025–26 school year, with potential for extension based on performance.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in California, United States. The BCBA will oversee and implement behavior analysis programs to support individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans, training and guiding caregivers, providing ongoing program oversight, monitoring progress, and making data-driven modifications to interventions. Collaboration with families, educators, and healthcare staff will be essential to ensure successful outcomes.
Qualifications
+ Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
+ Experience in providing Parent Education and support
+ Knowledge of Psychology principles related to behavior management
+ Strong ability to implement effective Behavior Management strategies
+ Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field
+ BCBA certification required and maintained in good standing
+ Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and families
+ Effective commun ication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
