    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a strong lead Special Education Teachers to join our team. This position supports students with significant disabilities in a specialized learning environment. The classroom is currently being split into two learning centers, requiring experienced professionals to ensure individualized support and success.

    Responsibilities

    + Provide instruction and support for students with significant disabilities.

    + Collaborate with principals, HR directors, and special education teams to meet student needs.

    + Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention strategies.

    + Maintain a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment.

    Qualifications

    + Teachers: Licensed in Virginia or another state, or eligible for provisional licensure. Strong experience required.

    + Professionalism and strong communication skills are essential.
