Amergis is looking for an RN - MDS/SNF Coordinator/Trainer for a full-time 13 week contract. See below for details:

Minimum Requirements:

+ MDS/SNF Coordinator/Trainer RN

+ Canton, IL 61520

+ $2500/wk - travel rate

+ Flexible scheduling: 3x12s or 4x9s

+ No weekends, unless requested

+ 13 weeks contract (likely to extend)

+ 5+ years working in a Skilled Nursing Facility

+ MDS Coordinator exp

+ Exp with NGs, IVs, chest tubes, etc

+ PDPM Payment Model exp preferred

+ IL RN license required
