    Are you an experienced paraprofessional with a passion for social-emotional learning and therapeutic support? Join our team in Fall River, MA, where you’ll work closely with elementary school–aged students to build emotional regulation, coping skills, communication abilities, and positive relationships in a nurturing, structured environment.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Provide 1:1 and small-group social-emotional support to elementary students

    + Implement SEL-based strategies and therapeutic interventions under clinician guidance

    + Support students in developing self-regulation, problem-solving skills, and positive peer interactions

    + Model and reinforce pro-social behaviors

    + Collect simple data on student progress and daily functioning

    + Collaborate closely with classroom educators, school counselors, clinicians, and program leadership

    + Create a safe, compassionate, and encouraging environment where students feel understood and supported

    What We’re Looking For:

    + Prior experience as a paraprofessional, behavior technician, or in a therapeutic/SEL setting

    + Experience supporting children in school-based or clinical environments preferred

    + Calm, patient, and supportive approach when working through emotional or behavioral challenges

    + Strong communication and collaboration skills

    + Professional, reliable, and compassionate presence

    + Comfort with toileting needs, as required

    + Ability to commit to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + Comply with all relevant professional standards of practice

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
