    Job Title: 2nd Shift LPN – Long Term Care

     

    Facility: Ascension Living Franciscan Place

     

    Ascension Living Franciscan Place is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract role in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility. This position offers the chance to work in a high-quality care environment serving assisted living, memory care, and rehab patients. The Long Term Care LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for the delivery of care for patients in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner with supervision, as well as critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. Additionally, this individual performs according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

    Contract Details:

    + Shift: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

    + Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts | Every other weekend

    + Length: 8 weeks (extensions possible)

    + Pay: Local $1,600/week | Travel $1,966/week

    + Setting: LTC, assisted living, memory care

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Licensed Practical Nurse License for WI

    + Current PPD or Chest X-Ray

    + One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

    + Current BLS card

    + Successful completion of Background Screening Process
