The IT Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and successful delivery of project-oriented work and deliverables. This role establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT organization to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations

What are we looking for

+ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).

+ Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.

+ Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.

What would we love to see

+ 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.

+ PMP certification preferred.

+ Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
