    The Opportunity

     

    We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join a private equity–backed technology services company with delivery operations across the U.S., India, Canada, and Mexico. The CFO will be a key strategic partner to the CEO and PE sponsors, responsible for driving financial performance, scaling global finance operations, and supporting M&A.

     

    This role is ideal for a hands-on finance leader with experience in PE environments, global services delivery models, and value creation initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Serve as strategic financial partner to the CEO and PE sponsors

    + Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting at Board level

    + Drive margin improvement, pricing discipline, and cash flow optimization

    + Oversee global accounting, tax, treasury, payroll, and compliance (US, India, Canada, Mexico)

    + Lead financial diligence and integration for tuck-in acquisitions

    + Build scalable finance systems, controls, and reporting infrastructure

    + Support exit readiness (strategic sale or IPO)

     

    Candidate Profile

    Required

    + 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience

    + Prior CFO or senior finance role in a private equity–backed company

    + Strong background in technology services, IT services, or professional services

    + Experience managing global finance teams and offshore/nearshore delivery models

    + Proven track record in margin management, cash flow, and operational finance

    Preferred

    + Prior PE exit experience (sale or IPO)

    + CPA, MBA, or equivalent

    + Experience with ERP implementations or finance transformation

    **Wage Range** **:** The annual starting salary for this position is between $300,000-450,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

     

    This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan
