As an **Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Sr/Aerospace Program Manager** at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing processes by optimizing production workflows and driving continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

You will report directly to our Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager onsite in Tucson and you’ll work 100% onsite out of our Tucson, AZ facility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
+ Manage requests for continuous improvement, yield improvements, design changes, and manage obsolescence cases
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Customer Ops, Procurement, and Sourcing, to ensure supply chain continuity into the factory
+ Identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in an Engineering or technical role
+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
+ Proven experience in advanced manufacturing, process optimization, and lean manufacturing principles
+ Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies, such as automation, robotics, and additive manufacturing
+ Experience with data analysis and statistical process control
+ Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
