We have an exciting leadership opportunity at The Arc Mid-Hudson for a Residential Coordinator, supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, in our Central Region, with our residence located in Highland, NY.

     

    Located in an apple orchard with panoramic views, Crescent is the fast-paced home of five charming young men looking to gain independence skills and transition to supported apartments in the very near future. Patience and focus are a plus, sense of humor a must, to work with these amazing and determined gentlemen.

     

    The seasoned, organized leader for this dynamic role will possess strong managerial experience and excellent communication skills. Flexibility is a must. A minimum of three years of experience with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field is highly preferred. We offer a competitive salary and very generous benefits package.

    HOURS: 40/Flexible

     

    STARTING SALARY: $ 68, 420.51 per year

    Minimum Requirements

    + Bachelors degree in Human Services, Psychology, or related field is preferred

    + Management experience required

    + Computer skills

    + Acceptable NYS Driver's License
