Senior Service Coordinator

Essential Responsibilities
• Responsible for Coordination of any or all of these three functions within Service: The daily coordination of service activities, daily coordination and resolution of warranty issues, or processing all parts quotations and sales.
• Respond to customer-initiated product performance issues.
• Investigate and report the root cause and responsibility of warranty issues.
• Determine product adherence with purchase order requirements.
• Process warranty order entry documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, production, and field service personnel to facilitate warranty resolution requirements.
• Receive warranty requests for investigation and resolution.
• Record all warranty information for statistical review.
• Review Service sales inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
• BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment in either service, sales, or warranty.
• Minimum 0-3years experience in a leadership role.
Skills, Abilities &Other Requirements
• Skilled with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good organization skills
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must have demonstrated excellent leadership skills.
Working Conditions
Temperature controlled working environment. Some outside activities may be required.
This position may travel out-of-town to attend training and meetings.
Typical office environment: may experience minor discomfort from extensive use of a computer display and keyboard; travel between buildings on campus and between campuses.
Physical Requirements
Maintaining body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs.
Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time.
Typing, punching or applying pressure to an object with fingers and palm.
