Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Operator to support a medical device manufacturing client located in St. Louis. In this role, the Supply Chain Operator is responsible for maintaining the efficient flow of materials from suppliers and warehouses to production lines and worksites while ensuring accurate inventory levels and preventing delays or shortages. The position requires monitoring material movement, maintaining real‑time stock visibility through SAP, processing purchase requisitions, managing orders and shipments, and coordinating inbound and outbound loads. This role also focuses on identifying cost‑effective transportation methods through rate negotiation, load consolidation, and carrier coordination. Additionally, the Supply Chain Operator collaborates closely with quality, engineering, customer service, production control, and manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks and support uninterrupted operations. This is a hands‑on warehouse‑based role that requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a high level of commitment to daily production needs.

Skills and Requirements

Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment and perform cross‑functional tasks

Basic Excel skills

Reliability, strong attendance, and commitment to daily operational responsibilities. Forklift certification or prior forklift training.

Experience handling material movement, shipping/receiving, or inventory processes.
