Construction Site Foreman (8–10 Month Contract)
Pay Rate: $23–$25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Start Date: February 16th
Type: Temporary Contract (8–10 months)
Project Overview
This position supports a multi-phase construction project on a 7‑acre site, including:
Phase 1
• Site work and utilities
• Construction of a 3‑story Class A building, approx. 18,000 sq. ft. per floor
• 10,000 sq. ft. drive-up structure
• Running conduit through 4 pad sites
Phase 2
• Single‑story, fully climate‑controlled building
• Electrical-focused work and 30 days of grating
Role Summary
We are seeking a reliable Construction Site Foreman to act as the “eyes on site” and ensure daily project oversight, quality control, and safety. This individual should understand both commercial construction practices and be comfortable working with minimal supervision, with leadership checking in once per week.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day‑to‑day site activity, progress, and safety compliance
• Run conduit throughout multiple pad sites
• Inspect subcontractor work and ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain precise measurements (“measure 3 times and cut once”)
• Support electrical tasks and grating work
• Maintain a professional culture
• Communicate site updates clearly and promptly
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols
• Provide consistent on‑site presence Monday–Friday

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience as a Foreman (required)
• Experience in both commercial and residential construction
• Ability to run conduit and support electrical‑related tasks
• Strong understanding of site work, utilities, and building sequencing
• Highly detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities
• Reliable and comfortable working independently
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety practices
Available full-time, five days per week
