Job Description
A large retail company is looking for a talented SEM Manager/Director to take full ownership of our paid search strategy and optimization for a high-performing dealership marketing team. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Dealership Marketing, you will drive qualified lead generation across our nationwide network of dealerships through expert management of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns. In this high-visibility role with strong internal promotion track record and long-term growth potential, you will manage substantial ad budgets, own bid strategies and allocation, continuously test and refine ad copy, keywords, and landing pages to maximize ROI, collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and dealership stakeholders, and deliver clear KPI reporting with actionable strategic recommendations to senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on paid search/SEM experience, a proven history of successfully managing large-scale budgets, exceptional analytical abilities with proficiency in reporting and analytics tools, strong cross-functional communication skills, and — while not required — prior experience in retail, automotive, or dealership marketing is highly preferred.
Pay rate: $67-$75/hr

Skills and Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on paid search/SEM experience
• Proven track record managing significant ad budgets
• Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting/analytics tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate results to stakeholders
• Retail, automotive, or dealership marketing experience a plus
