Job Description
Provide support for issues related to Microsoft environment (Windows 11 and Office 365).
• Format and deploy images on notebooks using SCCM.
• Provide support for printer-related issues.
• Provide physical support for Lenovo notebooks and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset, monitor, etc.), including warranty handling when necessary.
• Configure and troubleshoot Apple and Samsung smartphones.
• Monitor infrastructure equipment and promptly notify the respective teams in case of alerts.
o Example: if a switch port is blinking a red light→ notify the network team.
o Example: if a server or UPS emits a beep → notify the server team.

Skills and Requirements
• Support in Microsoft environment (Windows 11).
• Support in Office 365.
• Basic knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Support for HP and Epson printers.
• Support for Lenovo notebooks.
• Support for configuration in Apple (iPhone/iPad) and Samsung smartphones (S series and A32 or higher).
• Basic knowledge to identify alerts in infrastructure equipment (servers, switches, access points, firewall, UPS).
• Advanced English proficiency.
