    Job Description

    Day-To-Day:

    Insight Global is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst for one of our largest clients in Woburn, MA. This position will play a critical role in the client’s business transformation journey which involves migration from legacy systems to industry 4.0 and enterprise digital systems like MES, LIMS, MAM, QMS in the Make-to-Order process domain. The Analyst will play a key role in identifying business requirements, analyzing current state business processes and systems, mapping requirements to future state system capabilities, and configuring, training, implementing, and supporting enterprise solutions. The role will also be responsible for maintaining/supporting our legacy systems in the interim state and enhancing/maintaining future state systems post project implementation for reliable functional performance, conducting root cause & corrective actions, and working with business stakeholders and IT teams to drive improvements.

     

    The ideal candidate will have a previous background in the manufacturing industry and hands-on experience with at least one MES project implementation. This will be a hybrid position (4 days in office, 1 remote) in Woburn, MA.

     

    Salary: $95k- $125k

    Skills and Requirements

    Must Haves:

    • Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

    • 2+ years of professional business analysis/technical systems analyst experience.

    • Experience with MES project implementations.

     

    o Additional experience with systems/capabilities such as LIMS, QMS and ERP Systems is also preferred.

     

    • Previous experience in the manufacturing industry.

    • Proven Project Management capabilities.

    • Hands on experience with relational database management systems, preferably SQL.

    • SDLC/Waterfall/Agile/Stage gate frameworks Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certifications including CSPO, CSM, CBAP, or PMP.

    • SAP experience (client will be undergoing an SAP transformation in the coming years).
