Job Description
A client in the defense industry is looking for someone to join their team as a Quality Technician! This person will be responsible for performing inspections, tests, analyses and audits of products and processes including microelectronics, precision mechanical, test equipment and fully integrated systems. They will be responsible for ensuring each product and/or process remains compliant and ensure quality standards for both customer and regulatory requirements. They will assist in the inspection of repairs for subassemblies and system level integrated platforms. This person will collaborate with quality engineers to develop inspection requirements, techniques and implement quality plans.

Skills and Requirements
• B: HS Diploma & 4 years of experience OR A.A. & 0-2 years of experience
• C: HS Diploma & 6 years of experience OR A.A. & 2 years of experience
• D: HS Diploma & 8 years of experience OR A.A. 4 years of experience
• Experience performing inspections of circuit card level assemblies and/or electro-mechanical assemblies
• Experience reading and understanding of engineering drawings and bills of materials
• Experience performing final inspection of test equipment and monitoring to ensure compliance
• Experience communicating and working with customers to present finished goods, test results, etc
Strong soft skills - work ethic, communication, following tasks
