Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Application Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise across the .NET ecosystem, modern front-end frameworks, relational databases, and cloud-based architectures.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader who can architect solutions, mentor engineers, and drive best practices while remaining actively involved in coding and delivery.

• Application Development & Architecture

o Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, and modern front-end frameworks

o Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

o Lead technical design discussions, perform architecture reviews, and influence long-term platform direction

o Work on both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end (.NET, C#) components of the application, ensuring seamless integration, high performance, and scalability.

• Front-End Development

o Develop responsive, performant user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue

o Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usability, accessibility, and performance standards

o Optimize client-side performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility

• Back-End and Data

o Develop robust server-side logic using ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and background services

o Design and optimize SQL Server schemas, queries, and stored procedures

o Implement caching, concurrency control, and performance tuning strategies

• Cloud, DevOps & Security

o Design and deploy applications in cloud environments (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable)

o Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code where applicable

o Apply security best practices including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding standards

o Monitor application performance, logging, and diagnostics in production environments

• Collaboration

o Collaborate closely with product managers, QA, Developers, and stakeholders

o Take ownership of deliverables and drive initiatives from concept through production

PR: $55-$57/hr.

Skills and Requirements

• Technical Skills:

o 4+ years of professional software development experience

o Expert-level proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / 6+)

o Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and MVC

o Experience developing against SQL Server

o Strong front-end experience using JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one modern framework (React, Angular, or Vue)

o Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

o Solid understanding of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns

o Experience with Git and modern branching strategies

o Strong experience with building responsive and dynamic web applications.

o Proficiency with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript

o Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Azure SQL, Functions, Storage, etc.)

o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)

o Experience with containerization (Docker) is a plus

• Preferred Qualifications

o Experience with microservices architecture

o Knowledge of message queues (Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Kafka)

o Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test automation

o Prior experience in a technical lead or senior mentoring role
