Job Description

The Cyber Superintendent Coordinator supports cyber teams with project coordination responsibilities by managing schedules, documentation, and communication. This role ensures smooth execution of initiatives and alignment across stakeholders. The role will require creation of standard processes and procedures relating to ship travel, onboard responsibilities, and follow-up actions. The role will also include additional responsibilities of growing and supporting the foundation of a new program within cybersecurity.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience with project related role

Experience managing schedules, creation of workflow documentation, processes and procedure, track projects and escalate issues

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project)

Strong experience with Microsoft Suite
