Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Vice President of AI Project Management to oversee a portfolio of AI initiatives supporting advisory, capital markets, research, and operations. This role sits at the intersection of banking, technology, data science, and risk—translating strategy into structured, well‑governed delivery plans. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the firm, driving alignment, execution discipline, and transparency across multiple AI workstreams.
We’re looking for a proactive, technically fluent program manager who excels in complex, cross‑functional environments and can maintain momentum in a highly regulated setting.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead delivery of AI initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross‑regional coordination.
Build and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, and resource assumptions.
Run governance routines: status reporting, risk/issue tracking, decision logs, and escalations.
Maintain portfolio artifacts (RAID logs, dashboards, executive updates).
Support budgeting, forecasting, and vendor coordination.
Cross‑Functional Coordination
Serve as the central link across Technology, Data, InfoSec, Model Risk, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business teams.
Facilitate working sessions to clarify requirements, align priorities, and resolve trade‑offs.
Keep stakeholders aligned on scope, sequencing, risks, and deployment readiness.
Execution & Delivery
Translate strategy into actionable workplans, backlogs, and release plans.
Track progress with Data Science and Engineering teams through testing and production rollout.
Coordinate functional/non‑functional testing, including validation, security, and readiness checks.
Support go‑live planning and post‑launch stabilization.
Governance, Risk & Controls
Ensure initiatives meet governance, documentation, approval, and monitoring requirements.
Manage required sign‑offs across the AI lifecycle.
Embed regulatory, privacy, and control considerations early in delivery.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Partner with adoption and training teams on rollout, communications, and feedback.
Track KPIs (usage, efficiency gains, quality improvements) and consolidate insights for leadership.
Contribute to templates, playbooks, and delivery standards for AI programs.
