Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Data Governance Analyst to support a medical school in Texas in managing healthcare data within an AI/ML system. The perfect candidate has experience primarily in cybersecurity and auditing of data within the healthcare sector, or in other areas that require extensive attention to detail. You will be working within an Azure-based cloud, primarily using Fabric and AI foundry, to audit and manage how the data is being used within the model. The data management will be done over the data within EMR (electronic medical records), OMOP Model, and Claims. This role will not require an engineering background, and is focused on the skillset that falls under analyzing structured data. The project is in the early stages of the governance journey so you will be helping determine the capabilities of the data and building out the policies surrounding them. The end-goal of this work is to provide enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency through the AI tool.

Skills and Requirements
- 5 to 7 years in a role predominantly focused on cybersecurity and data auditing.
- 5+ years of exposure to data governance frameworks within Microsoft Purview, specifically the Azure AI stack.
- Exposure to working with Microsoft Fabric as a data governance tool.
- Understand and uphold compliance with the Health Level Seven International (HL7) through maintaining Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) standards.
- Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable interoperability ICDs.
- Experience in the integrity, security, and transmission of sensitive patient data as it relates to compliance of HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to work with stakeholders for establishment of policies and reporting quality of compliance, as well as having knowledge of ongoing business conversations within the organization. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- CDMP, CISSP, or another related certification through ISC2 or DAMA International.
