Zions Capital Markets (“ZCM”) operates as a division of Zions Bancorporation and comprises five product areas that operate as a unified, national platform with deep regional expertise. Our teams collaborate to deliver targeted, client-driven solutions to help companies raise capital and execute strategic transactions efficiently and effectively.

+ **Investment Banking:** Partners with business owners to provide tailored advisory services across M&A (sell-side and buy-side), capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates

+ **Debt Capital Markets:** Delivers tailored solutions to structure, arrange and execute financings across multiple debt products

Full-Time Capital Markets & Investment Banking Analyst Program:

The ZCM 2-year Analyst Program offers a unique experience to join a rapidly growing platform and team. The program offers the opportunity to maximize Analysts’ potential in these early professional years, providing foundational knowledge, skills, and experiences that will last a professional lifetime. Analysts will immediately take an active role within their team (while completing a formal training program), working alongside seasoned investment banking professionals to successfully meet the needs of our clients.

Analysts will build deep relationships with key internal and external partners (e.g., Legal, Accounting, Investor Coverage, etc.), team members, investors and clients while working throughout the full transaction life cycle.

Location:

Zions Capital Markets has offices throughout the U.S. including in Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Houston, Charlotte, and Fort Lauderdale. The Investment Banking team is based out of Houston and has team members based in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. Investment Banking Analysts are required to complete their first full year of employment in the Houston office.

+ Sales & Trading, Interest Rate Risk Management – Salt Lake City

+ Sales & Trading, Foreign Exchange Corporate – San Francisco, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles

+ Real Estate Capital Markets – Fort Lauderdale or Charlotte

+ Power & Project Finance –Los Angeles

Zions Capital Markets is looking for candidates who have:

+ Completed BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, and/or related majors, with a scheduled graduation prior to the annual June 1 st start date

+ Overall GPA of 3.5 or above

+ Strong interest in finance and capital markets

+ High degree of academic and extracurricular achievement

+ Proven analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail

+ Solid leadership and interpersonal skills

+ Superior written and oral communication skills

+ Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

+ Comfortable working with peers at all levels, ranging from fellow analysts through Managing Directors

+ Willingness to commit substantial time and energy to the program
