    Summary:

    ISCE Global Supply Chain Operations is dedicated to delivering data center equipment to Meta’s high-performing data centers in a cost-effective and timely manner. In this role, you will work closely with Network Engineering, Product Development, and other teams to shape technology roadmaps and sourcing strategies that maximize value for Meta.Success in this position requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners. You will influence infrastructure product strategy, foster innovation, and uphold rigorous quality standards. Additionally, you will drive cost savings by designing and implementing tailored supply chain solutions that meet Meta’s evolving needs.

    Required Skills:

    Technical Sourcing Manager - Network Systems Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement domain strategies to optimize economic and supply risk outcomes for technology infrastructure

    2. Influence internal product direction through data-driven results and technical expertise

    3. Build and maintain in-depth technical relationships with external partners, including suppliers and industry experts

    4. Provide technical review and analysis of supplier proposals and RFQs, resolving queries and driving negotiations

    5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and perform competitive analysis to inform sourcing strategies

    6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future technology directions and roadmaps

    7. Drive supplier technical process improvements to enhance quality, cost, and time-to-deployment

    8. Represent the company at industry events and forums, and support product transfer from NPI to mass production

    Minimum Qualifications:

    9. BS in Engineering or related technical field or equivalent combination of education

    10. 8+ years of technical experience in engineering, product management, or supply chain organizations related to network products, infrastructure, AI, Compute Hardware, or Mechanical Engineering

    11. Experience building and maintaining technical relationships with executive management, including C-suite executives and industry leaders at suppliers or customers

    12. Demonstrated understanding of technology roadmaps, including relevant supplier roadmaps and key workloads, with a proven pragmatic approach to influencing product roadmaps

    13. Experience moving from strategy to execution and delivering tangible results

    14. Interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing, negotiating, building consensus and making key strategic decisions

    15. 15+ years of technical experience in data center products or associated infrastructure-related industries

    16. Experience interfacing with internal and external partners in a cross-functional environment, requiring a latitude for judgment while coordinating people and technical resources

    17. Masters or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering

    18. Experience with Network Engineering and architecture and associated system design trade-offs, particularly for AI and High Performance Computing (HPC) systems

    19. Familiarity with industry regulations and design standards

    20. Experience in cross-functional and industry influence

    21. Experience with sustainability requirements

    22. Experienced commodity management in high tech environment

    Public Compensation:

    $173,000/year to $245,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
