    Required Skills:

    Software Engineer Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, operations, infrastructure) to build application experiences

    2. Implement custom user interfaces using latest programming techniques and technologies

    3. Develop reusable software components for interfacing with back-end platforms

    4. Analyze and optimize code for quality, efficiency, and performance

    5. Lead complex technical or product efforts and provide technical guidance to peers

    6. Architect efficient and scalable systems that drive complex applications

    7. Establish ownership of components, features, or systems with end-to-end understanding

    8. Work on a variety of coding languages and technologies

    Minimum Qualifications:

    9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience

    10. * 6+ years of programming experience in a relevant language or 3+ years of experience + PhD

    11. * Track record of setting technical direction for a team, driving consensus and successful cross-functional partnerships

    12. * Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques

    13. * 5+ years of HTML/CSS experience, including concepts like layout, specificity, cross browser compatibility, and accessibility

    14. * Experience with browser APIs and optimizing front end performance

    15. * Shipped at least one large-scale product to production, supporting millions of active users

    Public Compensation:

    $74.04/hour to $217,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
