• Data Specialist I

    WM (Richmond, VA)


    I. Job Summary

     

    Under general supervision, the Data Specialist is responsible for gathering and inputting all daily data. This role is also responsible for ensuring all operational data is entered and/or keyed correctly and ready for review by the Ops Analyst by the end of each working day.

     

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    + Communicate daily with driver(s) on designated communication platforms regarding missing time clock entries.

    + Validate all driver and helper information (including check-in/check-out), OPUS confirmations, and KRONOS information

    + Validation of Next Day Optimization (NDO) data

    + Manage cases and confirm/close-out customer tickets daily

    + Assist with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs

    + Landfill reconciliation, Area disposal reporting, update accounts in MAS with the appropriate information as needed

    + Shared responsibility with Business Manager to maintain data and site records

    III. Qualifications

    The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $33.50 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
