    Job Description:

    + Obtains and records pain rating, weight, height, intake and output, and finger stick blood glucose.

    + Demonstrates efficiency with safety lights, turns, and positioning of patients to ensure correct body alignment and maintain skin integrity.

    + Assists patients with ADLs, including passing meals, nourishments, and fresh water at bedside.

    + Participates in hourly rounding and answers call lights in a timely manner. Reports changes in vital signs and patient status to appropriate staff.

    + Maintains a clean, organized environment and helps with inventory of supplies and equipment. Follows directions of registered nurses, clinical coordinators, and managers.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required), Technical/Vocational SchoolBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Emergency Medical Tech Cert (EMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, EMT-Advanced (EMT-A) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $16.51 - $26.42
