    Job Description:

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Assists with performance appraisals, corrective actions, and counseling.

    + Prepares schedules for assigned unit, ensuring coverage for all cases scheduled and add-on cases.

    + Participates in hourly rounding using the Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You technique (AIDET) to improve patient outcomes.

    + Incorporates Caring Model behaviors and culturally competent care into daily practice.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $32.76 - $57.47
