Job Description:

$60.00/hour - Contract RN – PCU Unit - Nights

Texas Health Huguley offers a flexible staffing alternative for RNs on a temporary basis for an assignment with a maximum duration of 13 weeks. Assignments may be extended per original assignment terms but cannot exceed 12 consecutive months total at any one location/facility.

Schedule:** 36 Guaranteed hours **(3 - 12 hour shifts a week commitment)

Shift: Nights (7:00pm - 7:00am)

_13-week commitment with 1 week of facility orientation._

Position and Hourly Rate:

+ Nights: $60.00 + $4.50 = $64.50/hour

+ Weekends: $60.00 + $4.50 + $6.00 = $70.50/hour

**Includes Shift differentials** : Yes, the above is with diffs.

+ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

+ Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.

+ Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

+ Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

+ Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
