    Job Description:

    + Facilitates cross-functional communication between clinical staff, leadership, and administrative teams to align operations with strategic quality goals.

    + Oversees the development and implementation of clinical programs and services, ensuring alignment with patient safety, satisfaction, and access objectives.

    + Develops and tracks Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits to fulfill accreditation and certification requirements in partnership with physicians and institute leads.

    + Monitors and evaluates clinical performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.

    + Provides clinical guidance and subject matter expertise to support departments and initiatives across the division.
