• Graduate Civil Engineer - Land Development

    ### Job Duties

    Assist in the design and development of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects

     

    Prepare construction plans, specifications, and supporting documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D

     

    Participate in site layout, grading, stormwater management, utility design, and erosion control calculations

     

    Collaborate with project engineers, planners, and other team members to support project goals and timelines

     

    Conduct research and analysis of data such as zoning ordinances, site surveys, and environmental reports

     

    Assist in preparing permit applications and coordinating with local and state agencies

     

    Support project documentation, coordination, and communication with clients and consultants

     

    Participate in field visits to observe construction activities and ensure compliance with design specifications, if desired

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    0-4 years of experience land development design or construction management is preferred

     

    Excellent analytical and problem solving capabilities, organization and multi-tasking skills

     

    Excellent technical, written and oral communication skills

     

    Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D software
