    PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a world-renowned leader in the HVAC industry to hire an experienced **HR Technology Project Manager** . In this high-impact role, you’ll lead global HR technology and process improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, streamline operations, and elevate the employee experience across the organization.

    What You’ll Do

     

    As the HR Technology Project Manager, you’ll drive the strategy, planning, execution, and successful delivery of HR technology projects supporting global Human Resources functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

     

    + Planning, executing, and monitoring HR technology and process improvement projects across the organization

    + Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to define project scope, roles, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs

    + Managing project plans, schedules, documentation, and productivity tools to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

    + Leading cross-functional teams through requirements gathering, functional and process design, prototyping, testing, training, and operational handoff

    + Tracking and reporting project status, risks, dependencies, metrics, and financials to ensure alignment with business objectives

    + Facilitating cross-functional and global meetings to drive progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues

    + Preparing clear and effective project communications, status reports, and implementation plans for stakeholders

    + Managing project financials, change controls, and action plans to address variances

    + Supporting agile delivery methods and working closely with global implementation and operations teams

    + Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and acting as a champion for change

    + Coordinating training and knowledge-sharing activities to support long-term adoption and success

    Required Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in a related field

    + 5+ years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager

    + Hands-on experience managing Cloud HR platforms such as **Workday, Oracle Cloud HCM, or SuccessFactors**

    + Strong experience using project management tools and methodologies

    + Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices

    + Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment

    + Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

    + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders and vendors

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience leading global HR technology implementations

    + Background in process improvement, change management, or operational transformation

    + Experience working with diverse, cross-functional, and international teams

    + Proven success delivering technology projects that improve productivity, quality, and employee experience

    **Pay Details:** $40.00 to $67.85 per hour
