What We Need:
We're looking for a driven, collaborative, talented marketing associate to join our growing marketing team. The Marketing Associate will be a foundational member of the Direct Marketing team, providing essential tactical, project management, and execution support for direct mail campaigns across our Brady North America brands. This role is a stepping stone for a self-starter who thrives on managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and is eager to learn the mechanics of direct response marketing. This position requires strong attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to think both strategically and creatively to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time. The Marketing Associate will support the Direct Mail Marketing team.
What You'll Be Doing:
+ Manage high-volume project management and process work related to campaign set up and results tracking.
+ Create and submit print orders and data file instructions to external printers and production vendors.
+ Ensure flawless execution and alignment with campaign specifications by conducting detailed review of data and print samples.
+ Assist with the day-to-day tasks of campaign execution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of direct mail campaigns.
+ Work alongside the Marketing Campaign Manager to track direct mail campaign progress against key execution milestones.
+ Create presentation decks and compile data to report campaign results and generate month-end performance reports.
+ Assist with the processing of vendor invoices to ensure their accuracy and execute timely payment.
+ Plan, manage and track direct mail projects utilizing project management software as well as internally tracking systems for design, price updates and printing.
+ Assist with USPS responsibilities and requirements for direct mail campaigns, including postage payments and managing national promotion and incentives programs.
+ Work closely with Marketing Communications and the larger Marketing team as directed to support initiatives such as new product launches, updates of current campaigns, evaluation of marketing materials and promotions to assess effectiveness and cross selling opportunities
+ Cross functional team tasks - This is considered a “bench” position - beyond the above tasks, this person would help out other marketing teams as needed to learn all roles and potentially back fill positions as needed.
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+ Requires 0-2 years of experience in a professional setting, ideally involving marketing and project management.
+ Exceptional ability to prioritize, manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously, and consistently meet tight deadlines.
+ Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, which is critical for ensuring the accuracy of complex campaign execution and documentation.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, necessary for collaborating effectively with internal teams and external production partners.
+ Demonstrates initiative and a self-starting approach to learning new processes and driving execution excellence in a dynamic environment.
+ Proficiency in both Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Excel for data management and reporting.
+ Ability to manage high-volume project flow and process work.
+ History supporting B2B, industrial and safety products, or direct-response marketing efforts.
