    We have openings for full-time After-Hours Fleet Managers at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa. Using a team approach, our After-Hours Fleet Managers support freight movements throughout North America by coordinating with drivers, customers, and other Fleet Managers.

     

    Positions available are on a rotating schedule over a 7-day week averaging around 42 hours per week. The rotating schedule includes nights, weekend, and holidays.

     

    These positions offer a starting salary of $61,500, plus a quarterly incentive program, based on the company’s profitability.

     

    + **Additional Weekend and Holiday Pay**

    + **$200 per Weekend**

    + **$200 per Holiday**

    + **Shift Differential Pay**

    Requirements:

    + Ideal candidates will have some post-secondary education or

    + 1-2 years of experience in business management or transportation/logistics
