    POSITION OVERVIEW

    + Responsible for new business development for a Global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider focusing on the high mix, low-medium volume, high complexity products in the Military/Aerospace, Medical and Industrial Markets. Promote company End-to-End services (Design Engineering, Printed Circuit Card Assembly, Sub Assembly, Final Product Assembly, Cable and Harness Assembly, Logistic Service, Repair and Warranty Services). Builds market position by defining, locating, developing, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Acting in a Sales Hunter role, the candidate must be driven and goal oriented; focused on completion; decisive; high energy; excellent in follow-through, committed to results and well organized. The responsibilities of this position include:

     

    + Using market data and leveraging your industry relationships, identify industry and customer specific trends and opportunities and develop strategic and tactical business development plans that result in opportunities at qualified prospective accounts

    + Screen potential prospects by analyzing the alignment of our services with the prospects requirements, competitive landscape, total available market, and financial viability

    + Determine competitive landscape at target accounts, develop unique value propositions, pricing strategy and quotation/proposal presentation, deliver proposals and negotiate with customers

    + Gather and communicate intelligence on prime competitors, assess NEO Techs relative competitive position and present strategies to strengthen that position

    + Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

    + Participate in the development of annual revenue/profitability forecasts and assume accountability for published sales performance metrics (revenue, margin, market penetration, customer satisfaction index, etc.)

    + Participate in the development of the sales pipeline report, including tracking and performance measurements

    + Present key performance metrics at quarterly business reviews to upper management, including actions to mitigate shortfalls where applicable

    Qualifications

    Professional Experience:

    + Minimum of 3-5 years in electronics sales or like industry related sales position.

    + Must have excellent presentation skills.

    + A demonstrated, proven track record in growing profitable top-line revenue while managing the resources to insure sustainable growth and continued customer satisfaction.

    + Educational credentials that indicate the candidate has been well schooled and is trained to think and communicate in a meaningful way.

    + Must be capable of qualifying EMS solutions.

    Education:

    Minimum Requirement BA or BS Degree in Business or Technical Related field
