Position Details

+ **Pay Rate:** $23.92–$25/hour

+ **1st shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Mon–Fri

+ **Overtime:** May be required, including extended weekday hours or weekends

+ **Additional flexibility:** Must be willing to work off-shift hours as needed

+ **Work location:** 50% shop floor, 50% office

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Schedule production and service parts according to the company’s production System

+ Expedite production and purchased parts as necessary

+ Coordinate needed materials with other departments

+ Communicate and implement engineering/material changes

+ Assist in manpower planning and general administrative duties

+ Support the department's inventory integrity, including production and scrap reporting

+ Develop line sequencing and provide work direction as required

+ May drive a John Deere Gator inside the factory (all indoor, connected areas – safety training provided)

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in a business-related field **strongly preferred**

+ Manufacturing experience is a plus

+ Good computer skills, including **MS Office (Excel)**

+ Recent grads welcome; preference for 3-5 years’ work history post-graduation
