DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, so a positive and professional attitude is a must. #ASMO

Responsibilities:

+ Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

+ Answer phone calls and schedule appointments

+ Verify patient information and insurance coverage

+ Collect co-payments and process payments

+ Maintain patient records and update information as necessary

+ Assist with administrative tasks as needed

REQUIREMENTS

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Previous experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

+ Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of medical software a plus

+ Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures a plus
