Your role and responsibilities
What You'll Do
* Functionally lead Financial Consolidation Close and Account Reconciliation projects.
* Functionally lead Financial Planning solutions which includes Annual Financial Planning and Reporting solutions.
* Lead all discovery/solution-design discussions.
* Provide guidelines to develop the team as well as work on configuration setup as needed.
* Lead testing efforts and assist with client support.
* Lead client training initiatives.
* Assist in driving test scenarios for projects.
* This Role can be performed from Anywhere in the U.S.
Required technical and professional expertise
What You Bring
* Minimum 5+ years of Oracle EPM implementation experience with 2 full cycle implementations on Oracle Cloud Applications as Module Lead
* Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client needs and developing EPM solutions that solve complex business problems
* Demonstrated ability to provide subject matter expertise in core Oracle Cloud EPM modules including experience in:
* FCCS - Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Services
* ARCS - Account Reconciliation Cloud Services
* Narrative Reporting
* Bank Reconciliation and Month End Consolidation, SEC and Statutory Reporting
* Good knowledge of general accounting and accounting principles
* Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, providing subject matter guidance, system integration testing, training and production deployment
* Able to work in a IBM-paced environment with a diverse group of people
* Able to effectively collaborate with Customers, PMO, Onsite & Offshore team
* Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision yet can participate as a team member with a willingness to help where needed
* Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
* Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude
* 4-year Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
* Able to travel per project and organizational needs.
