Job Overview
About the Role
We are seeking a Production Support Associate to provide hands-on assistance across multiple areas, including Production, Stockroom, Shipping, and Final Quality Control (FQC). This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a Safety-First mindset throughout all tasks.
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
+ Support Production, Stockroom, Shipping, and FQC departments as needed
+ Perform **soldering** and **cable preparation**
+ Interpret **technical drawings** and accurately measure/cut cables
+ Unspool and **respool cables**
+ Operate a **pallet jack** for material handling
+ Assist with **tooling cage management** and labeling
+ Measure and box components and finished goods for Stockroom and QC
+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What your background should look like
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Must be eligible to work under **ITAR compliance**
+ Basic soldering skills and experience with cable preparation
+ Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements
+ Familiarity with hand tools and pallet jack operation
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to **Safety-First practices**
+ Ability to lift and move materials as needed
+ Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to support multiple departments
+ Previous experience in production or stockroom environments (preferred)

+ Maximum weight to be lifted or carried: Up to 50 lbs.
+ Approximate number of hours sitting: 4 Hours

COMPENSATION
• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $41,600 – $45,760 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
