    Job Requirements

    **Education** :

    + Masters or higher level education in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program

    + No prior experience required

    License/Certification:

    + Kentucky License/Eligible

    + DEA

    + Board certification

    Pay Range

     

    $128,755 - $142,483 /year
