    What You'll Do:

    + Provide advanced engineering judgment to complete complex designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for manufacturing and high ‑ tech facility projects

    + Develop process, mechanical, electrical, or utility system designs that support production efficiency, reliability, and environmental control within advanced manufacturing environments

    + Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed engineering phases with cross ‑ disciplinary teams—including mechanical, electrical, structural, architectural, and process engineering

    + Support project execution by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring performance aligns with client expectations and production requirements

    + Deliver technically sound solutions within budget and schedule constraints, supporting optimized facility operations and long ‑ term system performance

    + Provide guidance, technical mentorship, and design review for junior engineering staff

    + Participate in feasibility studies, system evaluations, commissioning support, and operational assessments

    What You Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering required

    + Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience required

    + Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred

    + Experience with engineered equipment and process solutions, practical in-plant/hands-on field engineering and management, and FEL project life cycle through construction for process piping projects are desired.

    + Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, Aspen Capital Cost Estimator, Caesar pipe stress, Pipeflow hydraulic software, AutoCAD Plant 3D) as well as Microsoft Office

    + Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws.

    + Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred

    Salary Range:

    $105,000 - $115,000

     

    Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
