Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Technical Compliance BA to join their team. As a Technical Compliance BA, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting the Anti-Fraud Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Compliance BA
**Location:** White Plains, New York - hybrid
Pay Range: 50-55/hr W2
(Due to client rules we are unable to work with 3rd party subcontractors; all candidates must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly)
Duration: 12+ months
What's the Job?
+ Support a project within the Anti-Fraud team focusing on External Fraud related items
+ Conduct business research and document detailed requirements
+ Prepare and execute test cases to ensure compliance and functionality
+ Create and update procedures and workflows for compliance processes
+ Collaborate effectively with both business and IT teams to meet project goals
What's Needed?
+ 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within compliance
+ Experience working with Actimize IFM or other fraud screening solutions
+ Background in commercial banking is essential
+ Experience engaging with stakeholders and understanding banking fraud issues
+ Proficiency with Microsoft compliance products and Microsoft Azure
+ Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with occasional visits to NYC Park Ave and Jersey City offices
