Our client, a leading organization in workforce development, is seeking 2 Project Coordinators (On-Site) for this 6 month contract The ideal candidate will perform duties of a Career Coach with local youth for a summer internship program. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Project Coordinator (On-Site) in Tampa

**Location:** Tampa, FL

**Pay Range:** $20 - $22/hr

Shift: M- F - 8 hour shifts with flexibility between 8am - 7pm

Length of job - 6 month contract

What's the Job?

+ Coordinate services to customers including the development, implementation, and tracking of career plans and assessments.

+ Ensure customers understand program parameters and develop individualized career goals.

+ Address customer needs and barriers to employment, creating resolution plans and setting achievement timelines.

+ Develop and manage Individualized Training Accounts, including financial planning and budgeting.

+ Conduct assessments of customer strengths and needs, reviewing and documenting employment and training suitability.

What's Needed?

+ Valid Florida Driver's License.

+ Effective oral and written communication skills.

+ Knowledge of customer service principles and procedures.

+ Familiarity with online job exchange systems and keyword search engines.

+ Understanding of federal and state laws related to employment services and workforce programs.
