    Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator III to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator III, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting campus recruiting teams and ambassador initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach to supporting recruitment activities, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.

    **Location:** Spring, TX

     

    Pay Range:30-34

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Provide comprehensive administrative support to Business Line Recruiting Coordinators, Campus Recruiting Teams, and Ambassador Teams.

    + Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.

    + Collaborate with universities and support campus activities, sourcing events, and attraction initiatives.

    + Assist recruiting participants with administrative tasks and logistical support for recruiting events.

    + Work closely with recruiting associates on transactional activities such as candidate reimbursements and invoice handling.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong administrative skills.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    + Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.

    + Experience supporting recruiting or human resources functions is preferred.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
