Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a General Lamination Assembly to join their team. As a General Lamination Assembly, you will be part of the production department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** General Lamination Assembly

**Location:** Clare, MI

**Pay Range:** $15.50 an hour

1st shift - 8 am to 4 pm (Monday thru Friday)

What's the Job?

+ Execute a variety of lamination procedures, including roll coater lamination.

+ Assemble decks, sound shell panels, and pre-lam components with precision.

+ Ensure the safe and timely completion of all assigned tasks.

+ Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently in a team environment.

+ Demonstrate self-motivation and accountability in all aspects of the role.

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year of experience in assembly or machine operation.

+ High School diploma or GED is required.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
