    Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Real Estate Project Coordinator - Contract Work to join their dynamic team. As a Real Estate Project Coordinator - Contract Work, you will be an integral part of the real estate management department supporting project execution and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proactive problem-solving skills, which will enable you to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

     

    **Job Title:** Real Estate Project Coordinator - Contract Work

    **Location:** Remote

    Pay Range: $30-45/hour

    **Shift:** Flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, 5 am - 5 pm (can start/stop within the 8-hour window)

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist management with the real estate reduction initiative by evaluating properties for sale or lease and preparing detailed reports for leadership.

    + Coordinate with certified appraisers to assess property values and work with local agencies, title companies, and contractors to gather necessary documentation such as deeds, surveys, and maps.

    + Manage move efforts involving equipment, personnel, and files, including organizing move meetings and overseeing teams involved in relocation projects.

    + Develop and maintain a comprehensive real estate database and entitlement documents to support ongoing projects.

    + Travel to various locations (approximately 25%) to support sale and move efforts, and locate qualified realtors to assist with property transactions.

    + Proven experience in real estate, project management, or related fields.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

    + Ability to evaluate properties and work with appraisers, agencies, and legal entities.

    + Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Flexibility to travel as needed to support project requirements.
