Talent Acquisition Partner - High Volume Recruiting
**Location** : On-Site in Loveland, CO
**Contract** : Febuary - August 2026 (possibility for extension)
**Department** : Talent Acquisition for Agricultural company across the U.S.
**Pay** : $30/ hour
**About the Role** :
Manpower is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client's team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in delivering top-tier talent to support business priorities across the U.S. You’ll act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, driving inclusive recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion the execution of Retail business goals by efficiently sourcing and delivering top talent.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
• Serve as an account manager, collaborating closely with Sourcing and other TA team members.
• Develop and lead Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies to build inclusive candidate pipelines.
• Coach hiring leaders throughout the hiring process to ensure optimal talent selection.
• Facilitate timely and high-quality candidate reviews and hiring activities.
• Engage in business discussions to align talent delivery with strategic priorities.
• Partner with HR and internal Centers of Excellence to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the TA function.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a client-facing, end-to-end recruitment role.
- **High volume open requisitions - 50+ at any given time**
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and excellent computer skills.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A passion for inclusive hiring and talent strategy.
