Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a **Cloud Migration Analyst – Windows Server** to join their team. As a **Cloud Migration Analyst – Windows Server** , you will be part of the Cloud Support Department supporting migration and hybrid deployment analysis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cloud Migration Analyst – Windows Server
Pay Range: $67.82 - $74.60
What's the Job?
+ Support analysis of Windows Server workloads migrating to the Cloud across Azure, GCP, and AWS, focusing on migration tooling, technical support, and performance evaluation.
+ Identify strengths, weaknesses, and gaps among the three cloud providers and document findings to inform strategic decisions.
+ Evaluate Windows Server in hybrid deployment environments, including on-premises and Azure Arc connected setups.
+ Assess ease of use, VM/server management, configuration, and monitoring tools, providing recommendations to enhance user experience and transition processes.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop best practices and innovative solutions for cloud migration and hybrid deployment challenges.
What's Needed?
+ Experience supporting cloud migration projects, particularly with Windows Server workloads.
+ Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, and AWS, including their migration tools and services.
+ Strong analytical and documentation skills to evaluate and report on cloud performance and usability.
+ Familiarity with hybrid deployment environments and Azure Arc.
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
