    Job Description:

    We are looking for an Operations Accountant to join our Finance Operations team! The Operations Accountant will report to the Accounting Operations Manager.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    + Act as primary point of contact for contract management, including both supplier and customer contracts

    + Manage and enforce varying degrees of internal and SOX controls

    + Oversee and execute various balance sheet accounts and corresponding business activity

    + Prepare data flow process and develop subsequent analytics for process optimization and informing leadership

    + Operate accounting software to record, store, and analyze journal entries and general ledger account reconciliations

    + Prepare and issue rebate payments or deductions

    + Monitor, report, and clear balance sheet aging for both payables and receivables

    + Perform other related duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

     

    - 1-2 years of experience in business analysis or financial operations analysis

     

    - Intermediate in Excel, to include pivot tables and v lookups
