    Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be part of the Outbound department supporting the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Warehouse Worker

    **Location:** Austin, TX

    **Pay Range:** $21.50-$22.50

    **Shift:** Multiple shift options available

     

    6am-6pm, Monday-Thursday

     

    6pm-6am, Monday-Thursday

     

    6am-6pm, Friday-Sunday

     

    6pm-6am, Friday-Sunday

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Accurately pick and load finished goods for shipment in a timely manner

    + Coordinate with Dispatch to identify available dock doors and support trailer loading

    + Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanning devices to ensure accurate trailer loading and inventory management

    + Complete trailer paperwork and deliver documentation to Dispatch for driver release

    + Support other warehouse departments as needed, maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred

    + Familiarity with WMS and RF scanning devices (e.g., Zebra RF scanners)

    + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    + Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as required
