Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Custodial Maintenance Worker to join their team. As a Custodial Maintenance Worker, you will be part of the Facilities Support Department supporting property upkeep and maintenance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Custodial Maintenance Worker

**Location:** Jacksonville, FL

Pay Rate: $21.19/hr

**Shift:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, some flexibility required for specific tasks and projects

What's the Job?

+ Maintain the overall appearance, functionality, and readiness of offices, manufacturing areas, common spaces, and residential properties

+ Perform custodial and upkeep tasks to support daily operations and property standards

+ Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify cleanliness, safety, or maintenance concerns

+ Use facility tools and equipment to support building upkeep and service needs

+ Assist with apartment unit preparation and readiness in coordination with maintenance and property management teams

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 1 year of basic handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience preferred

+ High school diploma required

+ Ability to read and follow work orders, instructions, and safety procedures

+ Familiarity with facility tools, equipment, and basic maintenance practices

+ Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites (approximately 30%)
