Our client, the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking 12 Biopharm Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Biopharm Manufacturing Associate

**Location:** King of Prussia, PA

**Pay Range:** $24.50/hr max

What's the Job?

+ Perform production operations including fermentation or cell culture processes

+ Prepare solutions, conduct chromatographic separation, filtration, and concentration activities

+ Manage autoclave and parts washing of process assemblies, and maintain area cleanliness

+ Complete daily manufacturing tasks while increasing competency across different production areas

+ Participate in safety, compliance initiatives, and investigations to uphold quality standards

What's Needed?

+ BS/BA degree with cGMP manufacturing experience, or an Associate's degree in Biotechnology or a related field with relevant experience

+ High School diploma with 1+ years of cGMP manufacturing experience

+ Ability to follow detailed processing instructions accurately

+ Strong documentation and data integrity practices

+ Willingness to work shifts from 5am - 5pm or 5pm - 5am, including occasional weekends
